What you missed at the first installment of Rock Your BD!

“Don’t Put Your Socks on in the Dark” started our business development workshop off with a bang, garnering over 24 attendees from all over Colorado! This informative webinar was broken into five categories to show the strategic steps needed on how to become a successful Business Development leader. The audience learned tools and tips on strategic planning, how to get a strong competitive advantage, and how to achieve successful industry relationships. Each segment was woven in with true life stories of both the webinar speakers and facilitator, showing exactly how to use the advice in the real world. Attendees were encouraged to participate throughout this 90-minute installment, sharing their own experiences and also having the opportunity to pose any questions to the group for feedback.

What you missed at the second installment of Rock Your BD!

The second installment of RYBD provided an in-depth look on how to have successful communication with potential clients.  Entitled, “How to Kick Doors Open & Other Sizzling Business Development Strategies”, this webinar walked the audience through the 6 steps of ‘The Process”, which gave a concise view on how turn a client meeting into a potential project.  Viewers walked away with a strong knowledge of productive questions, how to zero in on the client’s needs, and finally, how to close the deal!  The session ended with a question and answer roundtable, where the group asked any questions they had about the process, in relation to their own work environment.
