Julie Lougee – MKK Consulting Engineers, Inc. Julie Lougee is the Director of Marketing and Business Development at MKK Consulting Engineers, Inc. Julie was voted “Marketer of the Year” by SMPS in 2012 and also serves on the chapter’s communications committee. Before becoming a marketer in the AEC industry, Julie gained experience as a graphic designer and public relations professional.
Jamie Goldman - KEPHART Jamie Goldman is the Marketing Director for KEPHART community :: planning :: architecture a residential architecture and planning firm based in Denver. With a passion for the building industry, and strong background in marketing and client relations, Jamie knows what it takes to create enduring relationships with KEPHART’s clients. She is an active member of the HBA of Metro Denver’s Sales & Marketing Council, and is also a Chair of the Planning Committee for Housing Colorado, an advocacy group that promotes the design and construction of affordable housing. Jamie’s efforts have led to KEPHART frequently being featured in industry publications, and the honor of being recognized with numerous design awards.
Kimberly MacArthur – Layer Cake Creative Kimberly MacArthur is founder and principal of Layer Cake Creative, a Denver-based firm that specializes in A/E/C marketing and PR. Based on Kimberly’s 20+ years of experience, Layer Cake offers a full suite of services including design, writing / editing, and video, as well as publicity and social media to clients ranging in size from one-person shops to international corporations such as Kiewit and Saunders, Inc. Kimberly particularly enjoys leading strategic initiatives such as (re)branding efforts. A recognized speaker and moderator, she’s regularly invited to present at or preside over events including moderating a 2011 Denver Mayoral Candidates Forum, and leading a marketing workshop at the 2012 Colorado Creative Industries Summit in Breckenridge. She is also a published freelance writer who contributes to shelter magazines and trade journals.
Michelle Wiesner – Envision Strategies Michelle Wiesner is the Marketing Manager for Envision Strategies, a food service strategic planning and operations consulting firm located in Denver. Michelle has been a professional services marketer and business developer for the past 10 years. Prior to this, she began her career in the industry working for Amerimar Realty in downtown Denver, a commercial real estate developer and property management firm in addition to Swanson Rink mechanical/electrical engineers.
