Amy has held strategic positions with several industry-leading professional services firms, including regional manager for Jacobs, an international professional services firm with more than $10B in revenue; a sales professional for CH2M Hill, with revenues of more than $6B; and regional business development manager for Stantec, an international firm with $1.7B in revenue in 2011. Amy has achieved national recognition as a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), and holds a BA from The Colorado College. Her experience provides a clear focus on growing the bottom line coupled with the skill to develop winning solutions focused on revenue expansion.
Sylvia Romo Dankenbring, CPSM, is the Marketing Manager for Felsburg, Holt & Ullevig in Centennial, CO where she is responsible for the development and implementation of a marketing program that achieves the company’s strategic goals. This is a fancy way of saying she herds engineers/planners/environmental scientists of all stripes into the uncharted territories of winning work while keeping everyone sane in the process. During a career of nearly 25 years, Sylvia has worked with many professional services firms, but has found a special calling within the A/E/C industry. Among the many hats she has worn as a professional services marketer, Sylvia has had success in proving to skeptical technical professionals that they have an inner marketer just waiting to be unleashed. She has worked with hundreds of engineering and scientific professionals to think more strategically about their pursuits and to employ best practices in proposal development and management, writing skills, interviewing and presentations, and networking.
