Better Networking Through Skiing is an SMPS sponsored series of events. There is no registration necessary, but we do ask that you call (Dennis 720-323-5510 or Dena 303-726-6422) to let us know if you’re coming (or meeting us up there) so we know who to look for.
We welcome all abilities and will split up as needed. We’ve even had some people threaten to come up and do some snowshoeing! There is no official cost for the event - everyone simply covers their own lift ticket and lunch. It’s always a great time and we hope you can join us for some fun!
Meet at the I-70 Park-n-ride at 7:20 in the Mammoth Lot- meet under the "DD" (for Dennis and Dena) signpost at the south end of the parking lot – right across from the Conoco gas station (see map below)
Car pool up - leaving at 7:30 (leaving earlier than usual, because it’s farther to go)
Park in the Lionshead parking garage
For those who might meet us in Vail, we’ll be at the Lionshead gondola by 9:30ish
Ski a bunch
Meet for a group lunch at Two Elk Restaurant on the mountain
Ski a bunch more
Hit the bar for adult beverages - last year we found a wonderful outdoor patio near the gondola (remember, there is no shame in getting to the bar early)
Head back down (usually back at Mammoth around 5pm) |
